CINRON Resources, LLC began in 1994 as a family business called, “The CINRON Company”. It performed Utility Engineering Audits to manufacturing and processing companies throughout the State of Texas. It entered the Wireless Telecommunications Industry early in 1996 specializing in Site Acquisition Services to the telecom wireless carriers.

With its background in negotiating contracts with Presidents, CEO’s, Vice Presidents and CFO’s, it wanted to take that experience into the wireless telecom industry to negotiate leases on behalf of the wireless carrier. As independent consultants, founders Cindy and Ron Corley quickly adapted to the new wireless industry with emphasis in Site Leasing, Zoning & Permitting, and managing A&E firms.

In 2005, Ron and Cindy Corley officially formed CINRON Resources, LLC committed to providing an array of specialized resources to satisfy the wireless telecom customer demands.

CINRON Resources LLC has negotiated thousands of leases and amendments and have zoned and permitted thousands of sites for the wireless telecom carriers.

Ron Corley is co-owner and CEO of the company and brings his vast experience in the wireless telecom industry. Working on projects such as Sprint, Nextel, Teligent, PageNet, Bell South Mobility, Voice Stream, Cingular Wireless (ATT), Cricket Communications, Clearwire, Alamosa Sprint, T-Mobile, Siterra Corporation, and others, he brings to the company a highly successful and proven track record of providing timely and valuable services to his clients.

Cindy Corley is co-owner of and Director of Operations for CINRON Resources, LLC. Her contribution to the company is her unique ability to keep the company on track not only by overseeing the daily internal operations but also in keeping an eye on the where the company is heading. Her own experience in the wireless industry coupled with her experience in managing office environments (budgets, payroll, HR, & Administration) makes her capable of managing multiple facets of the projects that are awarded to the company.

Mike Corley is co-owner and a Project Manager of CINRON Resources, LLC. Mike comes from a public accounting background prior to joining the company in December 2013, bringing project management and accounting experience to the table. In addition to prior work in the wireless telecom industry, he possesses a unique set of skills beneficial to small business.
